Everystory hosts six Memphis Matters performances each year. These public events are where the spirit of Playback Theatre comes alive through unscripted storytelling. Anyone in the audience can share a reflection, a moment, or a story. Then our Ensemble brings it to life in real time with creativity, compassion, and empathy.

This shared act of listening and witnessing affirms the worth of every story and connects attendees across generations, backgrounds, and communities. Through words, movement, and music, our performances fuse art and social change, opening doors to healing, transformation, and joy one story at a time.

Tickets

Regular Admission: $20 (Supports Everystory’s core programming and performance operations.)

Pay-It-Forward: $40 (Includes admission and extends the impact by funding our Be The Peace program.)

Ages

Memphis Matters is open to adult community members and youth ages 8–17 when accompanied by an adult.
